Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoCode, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, NeetoSite & NeetoPlaydash.

Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for July 2025.

• Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 2,289 (↑ 2%)

• Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 40,661 (↑ 28%)

• Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 979 (↑ 19%)

• Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 16,314 (↑ 13%)

• Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 7,318 (↑ 81%)

• Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 117 (↓ 45%)

• Number of tickets created in NeetoDesk: 15,875 (↓ 45%)

• Number of new articles created in NeetoKB: 7,383 (↑ 5%)

• Number of projects created using NeetoCode: 1,461 (↓ 54%)

• Number of sites create using NeetoSite: 67 (↓ 25%)

• Number of tests reported in NeetoPlaydash: 1,27,571 (↑ 10%)

💰 Payment metrics

For July, the total payment collected using NeetoCal, NeetoForm was around $117,826​ (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown.

🚀 Product Updates

NeetoCal

New features include Google Sheets sync, tipping on payments, and source tracking for bookings. Enhancements improve email control, calendar syncing, and meeting flexibility. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoRecord

NeetoRecord now includes custom background uploads and mouse click color changes on desktop, plus camera feed mirroring and more layout controls in the Chrome extension. Web enhancements improve responsiveness and video playback, with multiple bug fixes improving overall stability. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoForm

NeetoForm now includes Gmail integration for branded emails, faster search, better Google Sheets performance, and enhanced automation. Several bugs were fixed to improve form stability and user experience.

NeetoDesk

NeetoForm now includes Gmail integration for branded emails, faster search, better Google Sheets performance, and enhanced automation. Several bugs were fixed to improve form stability and user experience.

NeetoKB

NeetoKB now has editable category slugs, NeetoChat integration, and improved UI for article and category management. Key bug fixes address theme issues, redirection errors, folder display problems. And much more was covered in NeetoKB.

🏆 Small Wins

NeetoCal hits a new mark – over 40k+ meetings booked.

On July NeetoRecord was used to record over 16k+ recordings.

NeetoForm recorded 7k+ form submissions.

🏆 Product Hunt Launch

Last month, we launched NeetoCal V2 on Product Hunt and were proud to secure the #3 spot, all thanks to your incredible support. Since our initial launch two years ago, a lot has changed. Today, NeetoCal facilitates around 30,000 bookings each month and processes over USD 90,000 monthly. We've introduced new features, welcomed more users, and received even more love from the community.
