With August 2025 behind us, let's look at the product metrics. Time to dive in!

Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoCode, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, NeetoSite & NeetoPlaydash.

Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for August 2025.

• Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 4,213 (↑ 84%)

• Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 47,807 (↑ 18%)

• Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 904 (↓ 8%)

• Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 18,136 (↑ 18%)

• Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 9,223 (↑ 26%)

• Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 145 (↑ 24%)

• Number of tickets created in NeetoDesk: 13,270 (↓ 16%)

• Number of new articles created in NeetoKB: 13,049 (↑ 77%)

• Number of projects created using NeetoCode: 1,683 (↑ 17%)

• Number of sites create using NeetoSite: 67 (↓ 16%)

• Number of tests reported in NeetoPlaydash: 1,28,405 (↑ 1%)

For August, the total payment collected using NeetoCal, NeetoForm was around $111,637.60 (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown:

🚀 Product Updates

NeetoCal

New features include customizable contact labels and OTP-based email verification for bookings. Enhancements improve timezone exports, social sharing, scheduling link flexibility, reschedule clarity, and workspace permissions. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoRecord

NeetoRecord now brings smoother thumbnail uploads, improved GIF previews for platforms like Gmail, and clearer feedback during video edits. Bug fixes address video playback, app layout issues, and camera behavior on Windows, enhancing overall stability and editing performance. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoForm

NeetoForm now supports picture choices in forms, embedded NeetoCal booking pages, and branded email sending with DKIM/DMARC support. Users can reorder submission table columns and customize banner placement.

Several bugs were fixed, including issues with submission dates, Google Sheets syncing and more.

NeetoDesk

NeetoDesk now supports persistent draft messages, cross-mailbox ticket creation, and a new public API for ticket messages. Agents gain better control with “Add and insert” canned responses and real-time visibility into who’s viewing a ticket. Backend enhancements improve performance, email reliability, and bulk operations.

NeetoKB

NeetoKB now features drag-and-drop organization in tables, expanded webhook support, and a cleaner structure with archived articles moved to the Admin Panel. Key bug fixes address draft file issues, recommendation errors, and race conditions when switching categories. And much more was covered in NeetoKB.

NeetoChat

NeetoChat now supports chat subscribers with email notifications and preserves drafts when switching between reply and note modes. UI improvements simplify settings navigation, while bug fixes improve NeetoRecord link visibility, Slack image sync, and form question handling.

🏆 Small Wins

On August NeetoRecord was used to record over 18k+ recordings.

NeetoForm recorded 9k+ form submissions.

13k+ articles were created NeetoKB.

August saw 4K+ new workspaces — our highest monthly total yet.
